Plasha Fielding-Will

Plasha is an expert on strategy and management for political campaigns, fund-raising, events and more. Her past and present projects and clients include candidates for U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, State Senate, State Assembly, Superior Court, County Supervisor, Mayor, City Council, College Boards, Special Districts, and local Measures. She has also worked with many coordinated campaign efforts.

Plasha began her career in 1993 as a Congressional intern. She then served for several years as a Congressional Aide, before transitioning into campaigns. She worked her way up as a Volunteer Coordinator, Field Director, Fundraiser and Campaign Manager, learning all aspects of electioneering. In 2003, she established her own political consulting firm, Political Frameworks, LLC.

Plasha serves on the Board of Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte, as a Trustee of the International School of Monterey, Past Chair of the ISM Foundation and on the Monterey County Democratic Central Committee.

Plasha attended the University of Vermont, where she received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies. She has also completed trainings conducted by the Democratic National Committee and EMILY's List, among others.

She is married to Randy Will and has two children, Hayden and Myles.
